In consultation with our members, we run a programme of social, educational and recreational events throughout the year. We try to make these opportunities as accessible as possible by financially supporting travel to activities and the activity itself.

We often find our young people and adults feel limited and unable to take part in events that their peers do, here at North & West Yorkshire ASBAH we want to encourage ability beyond disability. We want to grow your confidence and facilitate opportunities for adventure, growth, and joy.

We support siblings as well as other family members, as we understand how it's important to share positive experiences together.

Our support can be connecting you with others going through similar experiences, to extend your support network and chat to others who understand.

Getting together and trying something new can not only bring smiles, but it can also help develop some very special friendships.

The most important bit of all! to smile, have fun and make memories!
