If you are a child, teenager or young adult and you have Spina Bifida and/or hydrocephalus, then this page is for you.

Here at NWY ASBAH, we organise fun activities and events aimed at children and young adults, so that you can make new friends and try new things. We hold parties and outings, we go bowling and to the panto, and we have regular groups such as the stay and play for primary school aged children and the new youth club scheme for older kids and teenagers.

We are looking for young adults who might be able to help us lead the youth club sessions, and so if this is something you might like to get involved with then please get in touch.

If you have a new idea for ASBAH, whether this is an activity you'd like to try or a day out you want to go on, or even if you'd like to add some jokes or puzzles, just email us.

Jokes   (they are, honest!)

Q: What do cows read?
A: CATTLE-logs.

Q: What are the two things you can’t have for breakfast?
A: Lunch and dinner.

Q: What letters are not in the alphabet?
A: The ones in the mail.

Q: Why do fish live in salt water?
A: Because pepper makes them sneeze!

Save us from these bad jokes and send us some better ones!

A Riddle
